Texas is having a moment in ecommerce right now. Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio — doesn’t matter which city, retailers and D2C brands there are all trying to build online stores that don’t fall apart the second traffic spikes.
Everyone buys a CRM expecting it to just work. Then a few weeks in, reality shows up — the default fields don’t match how your sales cycle actually runs, the reports don’t answer the questions your manager keeps asking in the Monday meeting, and somebody’s still keeping a side spreadsheet because the platform won’t do the one thing they actually need it to do.
